Information on ticket sales
There are various ways of buying tickets for Kronberg Academy’s events. The simplest way is to order them online via Reservix – just click on the “Buy” button on our events calendar to access the ticketing system. You can then choose whether you would like the tickets to be sent to you by post or to print them out yourself. Alternatively, you can order your tickets from our ticket office – in person, by telephone or by email.

While the events are in progress, tickets are on sale directly at the event location.
Unsold tickets are on sale at the box office one hour before the start of an event. Reserved tickets must be collected and paid for no later than half an hour before the start of the event. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to the event once it has started. Late admission is only possible at one of the intervals.
Tickets for workshops or masterclasses may be purchased at the venue or at the information desk in Kronberg’s Stadthalle.
Please note that it may take up to three weeks to process your order. We do not confirm receipt of your order. There is a service charge of €3 per order.
Tickets for open rehearsals and masterclasses
Tickets for open rehearsals and masterclasses cost € 8 per masterclass or € 15 for a day ticket, and can be purchased at the rehearsal venues or from the information desk in Kronberg’s Stadthalle.
You are kindly requested to arrive around 15 minutes before the start of tuition sessions. Please note that the room may only be entered or left during breaks in the teaching.
Gift vouchers to the value of €30, €50, €70 or €100 may be purchased online via the Reservix portal. Gift vouchers to the value of your choosing may also be purchased at our ticket office. Please note that gift vouchers must be redeemed at the ticket office before the start of the event. Further information on gift vouchers
Schoolchildren, students up to and including the age of 27 and disabled persons with a disability of at least 80% will be granted a 50% reduction on the ticket price if they present an appropriate identity document. This applies to both advance ticket sales and box office sales. Concert tickets are only valid in combination with the identity document and must be shown at the door. Full-price tickets cannot be exchanged for reduced-price tickets. There are no reductions for Classic for Kids, Masters in Performance or other selected events.
Changes to the artists and/or the programme do not entitle ticket holders to return or exchange their tickets. Tickets can only be refunded if an event has to be cancelled in its entirety, in which case the tickets must be handed in at the advance ticket office within two months of the event. If an event has to be cancelled after it has begun, no substitute event is provided.
We reserve the right to change the programme, performers, time or venue at each of our events. We make every effort to keep the information on this website up to date. Please also look at the notices on display at the venues.
Picture and sound recordings
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that specific people are authorised to make sound, photo, film or video recordings during Kronberg Academy’s events. Ticket holders give their consent to this and to pictures of them being taken. No authorisation is granted for other sound, photo, film or video recordings – including those intended for private use – to be made.
